  • Do you have on-site parking?

    On-site, self-service parking is available for a rate of $45 per day. There are several ground level parking lots adjacent to ONE11. There is one high rise parking lot across the street from ONE11.

  • Do you have a pool?

    We have a pool in the courtyard, located just off the lobby on the first floor. Pool hours are 9AM - 9PM. There's also a firepit in the courtyard to complete the experience.

  • Do you have a fitness center?

    While not in the our building, head across the street to One Canal Place Downtown Fitness Center, where you'll enjoy exclusive complimentary access throughout your stay. Check with our front desk for further details.

  • What onsite amenities are offered at ONE11?

    ONE11 Hotel guests will enjoy meals and beverages at Batture Bar + Bistro, outdoor pool and firepit, 24-hour Front Desk, and concierge services, luggage storage. ONE11 hotel is 100% non-smoking and wheelchair accessible.

  • What in-room amenities are included at ONE11?

    In-room amenities include luxe Matouk linens, Frette bath robes, Malin + Goetz bath products, flat-screen TVs with PureHD programming. All of our guest rooms include safe, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

  • What is the check-in / check-out time at ONE11?

    Check-in begins at 3:00PM and check-out is 11:00AM.

  • Is there an age restriction to check-in?

    Primary guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in.

  • Are pets allowed at ONE11?

    Pets are welcome for a fee of $100.00 plus taxes, per stay, due at the time of check-in. We allow up to two pets per guestroom. Pets are welcome in all guestrooms, except suites. Pets are not permitted in the restaurant or patio areas.

  • Can I check out late?

    We try to accommodate late check out requests when we can. To request a late check out, call or stop by the front desk on the morning of your departure.

  • What is the cancellation policy at ONE11 Hotel?

    Our cancellation policies vary based on on the rate plan that you booked. Please refer to each rate's booking policies on the Book Now page under the Offer Details section.

  • Is there a Resort Amenities Fee?

    Yes, The fee includes Continental Breakfast Monday – Friday, bottled water, wi-fi, coffee in the lobby 6:30a-6:30p, access to Downtown Fitness Center-New Orleans, and a welcome sweet treat.

  • Is smoking allowed at ONE11 Hotel?

    ONE11 Hotel is 100% non-smoking.

  • Where are you located in New Orleans?

    We are located in the historic French Quarter of New Orleans, right by Woldenberg Park and the Audubon Aquarium.

  • Do you have a restaurant and bar at ONE11 Hotel?

    Yes, Batture Bistro + Bar is located on the first floor of ONE11 Hotel.

  • Does ONE11 have room service?

    We offer Grab & Go through Batture Bistro + Bar. Stop by or call Batture Bistro + Bar to place your order, pick up your order at the Bar to enjoy in your room.

  • Is there a safe in my room at ONE11 Hotel?

    Yes, each room has a safe that will accommodate a laptop.

  • Can I request a rollaway bed?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer rollaway beds. But check out our double/double or queen/queen bedded rooms for extra sleeping arrangements.
