We look forward to welcoming you as a first guest at the brand new ONE11 Hotel! You can travel with confidence knowing that our staff is continually trained on best practices for cleanliness and health based on guidelines set by the CDC, and the City of New Orleans. We are also doing our part to keep you safe through membership in the AHLA Stay Safe program, NOLA Hospitality S.A.F.E. community, Science Certified accreditation by Ecolab. The continued wellbeing of our guests and team members is, and always will be, of paramount importance.


We pledge to actively monitor and evolve our approach to provide you with a safe environment and deliver the highest standards of cleanliness in light of the ever-changing recommendations and requirements. We believe our flexible cancellation policies will bring you peace-of-mind when booking your reservation. Enhanced cleanliness procedures are in place including frequent cleaning of high-touch areas. Stayover service is limited and only provided upon request through a call to the front desk or housekeeping manager. Hand sanitizer is readily available at various locations throughout all floors of the hotel. Self-park is available in our secure on-site parking facility. Guest amenity requests, including linens and towels, will be delivered to the door to minimize contact.


To promote the health and safety of our communities, face coverings are required for guests and associates in all indoor public areas. We ask guests to carry a personal face mask and utilize it when entering indoor spaces. In the case your mask is misplaced, the hotel will provide a disposable mask. Please respect social distancing regulations and make good use of our courtyard, 8th floor outdoor patio, and airy front porch. We encourage you to communicate with our staff so we can provide you with updated information and answer any questions you may have.
